The Arrays page displays all created Arrays, including key details like:
Status (not started, active and closed), Health Status (high, medium and low) and Priority (high, medium and low).
Arrays can be sorted by start date and due date, providing an organized overview. This setup allows HR professionals to efficiently assess project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure that projects remain on schedule, enhancing overall workflow management.

When selecting an Array, a detailed view is presented, offering all the essential information to manage and track progress effectively. This information includes the start date, due date, goal, and description.
Multiple statuses are available to indicate the current phase. All collaborators associated with the Array are visible, and there is an option to add notes and attach relevant files.
On the right side, a To-Do List is provided, where tasks can be assigned to collaborators with specific statuses and due dates, ensuring clear accountability and structured follow-up.
Impact
The impact of the Array project is measured using an algorithm that analyzes data across the Employee Lifecycle. This algorithm generates a detailed chart that provides insights into key stages such as performance, engagement, development, and offboarding.
By visualizing this data, HR professionals can identify areas of success and opportunities for improvement, making it easier to implement targeted strategies.
